Job Title: - Filling Assistant
The Role: -
- Co-ordinate all filling operations in accordance with described LQS, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) guidelines and ISO 9001:2000 standards.
- Ensure Filling operations meet the agreed production plan volumes as set in the monthly plans and daily production plan adherence (PPA) meetings.
- Ensure the right packs are released to the filling lines and periodic checks done on weights, capping, sealing and packing of the product to ensure standards are upheld.
- Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure filling and associated equipment availability is maximized.
- Work with the laboratory to ensure timely release of pre-fill samples and optimize set up times.
Minimum Requirements: -
- At least a Diploma Certification preferably in Production or Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 3 years working experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Knowledge of asset integrity management, HSSE and ISO standards is essential.
