Job Title: - Research and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities: -
- Assisting in carrying out market research.
- Collaborating with Editors and the Senior Research & Development Officer in coming up with new publishing ideas.
- Assisting in preparation of new title proposals
- Assisting with budget development and reviewing the same for accuracy before submission to the Management.
Minimum Requirements: -
- Bachelors’ degree in Social Sciences or Information Science.
- A Diploma in Research and Development studies.
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication, negotiation, inter-personal relationship, team building, leadership and organizational skills.
- At least 2 years experience in research and development in a publishing environment or as Editor II.
N.B: -
The above position is permanent and pension able and a competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
